Risk Disclaimer
Last updated: 2026
1. Volatility
Cryptocurrencies, including SOL and SPL tokens, are highly volatile. Prices can change dramatically in seconds. You may lose some or all of your funds. Only use funds you can afford to lose.
2. Irreversibility
Transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible. Once a transaction is signed and confirmed, it cannot be undone. Always verify the transaction preview before signing in your wallet.
3. Verify in Explorer
Always verify your transactions in a public explorer like Solscan or Solana Explorer. CreateSolana shows the transaction signature after each operation so you can confirm the result.
4. Fees Are Estimates
Service fees shown in CreateSolana are estimates in SOL. Network fees (gas) depend on Solana congestion and priority fee markets. The final on-chain cost may differ slightly from the preview.
5. Third-Party Risk
CreateSolana depends on third-party services (Helius, Chainstack, Arweave, Irys, pump.fun, Solana validators). Outages, bugs, or malicious behavior in any of these services may affect your transactions. CreateSolana is not responsible for third-party failures.
6. Smart Contract Risk
Tokens created, audited, or traded via CreateSolana are governed by on-chain programs (SPL Token, Token-2022, Metaplex, pump.fun). These programs may contain undiscovered bugs or be upgraded in ways that affect your tokens. CreateSolana is not the developer of these programs.
7. Phishing & Scams
Always confirm you are on the official CreateSolana domain before connecting your wallet. CreateSolana will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Be cautious of fake websites, DMs, or airdrops impersonating CreateSolana.
8. No Guarantee of Outcome
Using a tool does not guarantee a specific outcome (e.g., successful token launch, recovered rent, profitable trade). You are solely responsible for the results of any action you take.
9. Your Responsibility
By using CreateSolana, you acknowledge that you understand the risks of using blockchain tools and accept full responsibility for your actions. See also our Terms of Service.
